To find a list of native plants:

Click the button below to go to fnps.org/plants.
Once there, you can click on FIND PLANTS BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND NEEDS.
From there, you can search by single county for lists of plants. We use plants from many counties including Collier, Monroe, Dade, Broward, etc.

Please feel free to talk to us about suitable plants. However, finding them CAN be difficult.

These documents list plants that gopher tortoises like to eat. One is sorted by value of the food for the tortoise, while the other is sorted by scientific name (family is not included).

Please note that we do not want gopher tortoise food near parking lots or driving areas.
