The Coccoloba Chapter offers amazing volunteer opportunities for FGCU students. 

Students are always welcome on Sundays and Tuesday from 9-1. 
Student projects include: 
  • Adopt a burrow program
    • ​Research about gopher tortoises, select a burrow and execute!
    • Click below to see various resources on gopher tortoise food.

This pic was a screen grab of Eva working on the pond she built at River Oaks Preserve. It captures so well the thought and visualization she puts into every aspect of this project. She is an amazingly dedicated student who is absolutely immersed in her work at River Oaks Preserve. Special thanks to other students (Nandor, James and Billy) who built the bench for the pond.
